Your patient registration number is required for all payments and enquires. Please ensure that the registration number on your receipt matches the one on your bill.

We offer flexible and convenient payment options. Payments can be made at any cashier station within the hospital or at approved external payment locations listed below.

Health Coverage

Insurance & Commitment Letters

Accepted Insurance

  • Insurance coverage from Sagicor and Medecus are accepted for the settlement of hospital bills.
  • Other insurance coverage may also be accepted — please enquire with the Billings Department.
  • Insurance claims are processed by the Assessment, Billings and Collections Department.

International Insurance

  • If you have coverage from an international insurer, we will be happy to facilitate you.
  • We require contact information for your insurer and policy details (policy holder name, policy number, etc.).
